We sell a lot of these Enema Aprons to clinics and high colonic parlors where nurses must administer Enemas frequently throughout their work day. The aprons are thick plastic (4 mils) and fully reusable if wiped off when necessary. Each apron has a tie in the rear but pins would also work to snug up and hold the apron securely in place. These are a fun new item for the Enema Enthusiast!
